Our logistics team performs a remote or in-person audit of your land within 900 miles of Bend to ensure foundation and utility readiness before the house arrives.

We Build
Work happens indoors in our climate-controlled facility. Sixteen weeks later, your ANSI-certified home is delivered via heavy-duty flatbed directly to your pad.
